let's boycott products from local factories. let's buy electric vehicles, let's use public transportation, when possible, lets walk for short distances, lets boycott wheat and rice from those state that allow stubble burning. let's reduce smoking, lets reduce bursting crackers for various occasions.

One thing that BJP-RSS has done over the past 10 years which not many people talk about is the absolute neutering of civil society in this country. 

India Against Corruption Movement was probably the highest point of civil society in India. 

Post 2014, they came heavily after NGOs with FCRA regulations and Amendments, jailed emerging leaders among the youth like Kanhaiya Kumar, Umar Khalid etc and by controlling the mainstream tv media almost completely - they also heavily dictate the topics people talk about - which ultimately end up becoming issues that civil society protests against.

The Organisers of the protest did not have NOC or Police Permission to held protest at India Gate. 

Look into MKSS vs Union of India case. The organisers should have held the protest at Jantar Mantar. It’s literally the place for these.

Sure, agreed. But don't bring politics into this, y'all. BJP vs AAP, tired of that bs. Tbh, if the Delhi CM has to resign now, wasn't there the same level of pollution last year? Or is it that many of you have woken up only this year?  
Protests should've occurred the second year after such a gradual increase in hazardous AQI had taken place. Observe the first year, no action taken; protest the second year, irrespective of the party in the seat.

All I'm gonna predict with this protest, is that the protesters saying that the media houses etc are not giving enough coverage like they did last year, and hence, are sucking the coffins of the ruling party; while from the other side, accusations thrown at the protesters that y'all could've protested for the past 5 years too, but no one had a spine, so where's this coming from now, is it the issue against pollution, or issue against the ruling party.
